What are "Trial"
downloads?
"Trial" downloads are try-before-you-buy
software. You may play the full version for 60 minutes for free. If
you like the game, please buy the full version in order to
enjoy the complete game.
How do I buy
the full version of the game?
It is very easy to order the full
version of a game. Just click the "Get Full Version " button
within the game, and you will be directed to the online secure order form where
you can buy the game. You will be able to play the full version immediately after having bought the game.
I lost the full
version that I bought, how can I get it back?
In most cases you only need to download
and install the trial game once again on your computer to
get the full version back. Otherwise, if you have lost your
license information, you will need to contact customer
support for help.

Most likely the file you have downloaded
is corrupt, i.e. the download of the game was not successful.
Normally all you need to do is just download and install the
game again.
I get an error
message when I play or start the game
First, please make sure you check
the system requirements for the game. Then check if you have
the required version of Windows and DirectX. You can also
try to downloading and reinstalling the game again. If this
does not help please contact the customer
support.

and where can I get it?
DirectX® is a group of libraries
from Microsoft that enhances Windows® with advanced multimedia
capabilities. Upgrading to the latest version of DirectX is
easy, and free. Just go to Microsoft's
DirectX site, and follow the instructions. A simple upgrade
of DirectX is often all you need to fix any technical problems
with your games.

With the DirectX diagnostic tool
you can check the version of DirectX currently installed.
To do this, click on Start, choose Run, enter DxDiag and click the OK button. |
